The Distinguished Primatologist Award honors a primatologist who has had an outstanding career and made significant contributions to the field.

This award supports students and investigators from habitat countries who demonstrate potential for making significant and continuing contributions to primate conservation.

This award acknowledges exceptional work by beginning scientists who are within 7 years of earning a PhD.
